About Charity & Love

Charity and Love, Inc. is a non-profit organization that promotes self-sufficiency.  We provide essential services by supporting many economically disadvantaged individuals and families through awareness of available resources. Whether challenges are due to lack of computer access, an inability to navigate on-line application systems, or other limitations, we are here to help!

Barbara Ansar

Barbara Ansar is the founder of Charity & Love, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation established in 2005. She began the organization with her passionate vision to support the community through resources that cultivate self-sufficiency. 
Barbara’s life-long devotion to human services is evidenced by 35 years of employment history with Florida’s Department of Children and Families in administration and Social Work. Through her dedicated leadership, disciplined excellence and knowledge, and compassionate service, thousands have been assisted in this community. The many years of Barbara's commitment in supporting Central Florida has allowed Charity & Love to network numerous strong relationships to make historical successes in countless lives.

Our Goals

To empower all community members toward self-sufficiency;
To enable children in our communities to live in supportive environments that maximizes their potential for development and success;

To support members of our communities who are elderly and/or disabled to live in supportive environments that maximize their potential for health, dignity and respect.

To increase community connectivity and eliminate individual and family isolation.

Board of Directors

Charity & Love’s current board members are local professionals with years of business experience. Each brings to the table a unique perspective that aids Charity & Love in better serving individuals in need throughout the areas we serve. The Board convenes quarterly for meetings at the main location in Rosemont, Orlando, Florida, USA.
